Doctoral Graduate Student

Samantha Trail is a graduate student pursuing her doctorate, while working in the SEA Scholar program with Dr. Wyneken. Samantha previously completed her masters degree with Dr. Salmon, studying visual thresholds during seafinding of hatchling  leatherback turtles. During her PhD research she is investigating the movement and swimming kinematics of neonate sea turtles. When Samantha is not at the lab, she can be found walking her dog, playing soccer, and grossly overestimating her trivia skills.
