Undergraduate SEA Scholar
Jovan Hayes is an undergraduate SEA Scholar in Dr. Wyneken’s lab, where he cares for green and loggerhead sea turtles. Jovan is currently pursuing a bachelor of fine arts (BFA) in theatre with a concentration in performance. Jovan takes pride in his membership in the army of artists around the world and seeks to make it a better place. He views every day as a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to affect positive change within people and is excited to share his experiences in the lab with those in his community. When Jovan is not in the lab, you can find him practicing his acting and singing at the College of Arts and Letters. Also, some of Jovan’s favorite pastimes include watching movies at the Living Room Theaters, attending stand-up comedy shows, and playing pool.
