Beth Bowers received her Ph.D. in Integrative Biology in the Spring of 2023. She worked under Dr. Stephen Kajiura in the ElasmoLab. For her dissertation research, she studied migratory patterns, sexual segregation (males and females using different parts of the ocean at different times) and environmental drivers of movement in blacktip sharks off the United States East Coast. Beth now aspires to expand her research skills through a postdoctoral fellowship. We wish her the best of luck in her career!
