Gabby CarvajalDoctoral Graduate Student and SEA Scholar
Gabby Carvajal is a graduate student pursuing her doctorate under Dr. Wyneken, while simultaneously working in the SEA Scholar program. Gabby’s interests include conservation biology, using molecular tools to better understand endangered species populations, and investigating sex ratios of sea turtle nests through small blood samples. When Gabby is not at the lab, she can be found photographing wildlife, beachcombing, and making jewelry from what she finds.
