Hannah joined the Glenn W. and Cornelia T. Bailey Marine SEA Scholars program in Fall 2023. She is also working under the direction of Dr. Jeanette Wyneken and FAU Marine Lab Coordinator and PhD student, Emily Turla on research regarding sea turtle development. Hannah believes that research is only one avenue to help sea turtles and is dedicated to educating our lab’s visitors about the actions they can take personally to make a difference. Outside of the lab, Hannah enjoys spending time with friends near the water, rock climbing, and volunteering at the Mote Marine Laboratory and Aquarium in her hometown, Sarasota, FL.
