Jada is a graduate student pursuing her Masters of Science in Dr. Koch’s Aquatic Plant Ecology Lab. She studies the interactions between burrowing benthic invertebrates, like clams, and seagrasses in marine sediments. Jada is interested in researching how bioturbation oxygenates sediments in seagrass beds. When she’s not in the lab, Jada can be found crocheting marine animals and reading mystery and romance books.
